The front door shuts at night, requiring a wait for entry, which feels inconvenient. The required agreement against alcohol consumption in the room came off as odd. There's a recurring issue with the shower pressure lacking. Expect noise from traffic and nearby celebrations, especially on New Year's Eve, which may disrupt your peace. A significant downside was the lack of mini-fridges in rooms and limited clean towel availability upon request.

Thank you for a quite comfortable stay. The venue is fairly clean and spacious with accommodating staff members. Our hotel is set in a central location close enough to bars and the ADO bus station which connects directly to Cancun's airport.

A vibrant central location
The spacious rooms were a lovely surprise, offering comfort after busy days exploring Cancun. The friendly front desk team made check-in easy. The nearby markets added to our experience.
Unfortunately, the noise from the nightclub nearby disrupted our sleep at times, tough after a long day. It went on until the early morning hours.

really comfortable experience there. fairly clean hotel in a very nice modern building close enough to cancun and holbox, come from the airport / tulum/ playa del carmen and isla mujeres and cancun in a budget. amazing and favourable location next to playcity casino. also, close to night clubs which continued to make a ton of noise until 3am. the rooms - gorgeous, huge with a coffee maker, the smoky bathroom and terrace.

The room felt spacious and was very clean. Big showers added to the comfort. The smart TV kept me entertained with streaming options. Friendly staff made check-in easy and were always ready to help. There were serious noise issues from the nightclub nearby. I couldn't sleep well due to music blasting until the early morning. The breakfast experience left much to be desired. The breakfast served was limited, with only two options, eggs or porridge. On two occasions, I had to wait for breakfast because of a large group taking up the dining area. I ended up with a takeaway when I should've enjoyed breakfast in the restaurant. The restaurant staff didn't seem to care about the inconveniences faced, disappointing. I hope they address these issues .

Had a blast with friends! The location was perfect, just a short walk to the bus station and town center. The free luggage storage was super helpful. We visited the beach and explored local markets. The rooms were spacious and clean. Great wifi kept us connected.
The loud nightclub nearby made it hard to sleep, with music going until the early morning hours. That was frustrating after a long day of exploring.

Couple getaway with some caveats
We booked an interior room, AMAZING, super quiet, and the shower? Huge with endless hot water! Our proximity to the ADO bus station made catching our early flight easy, no stress there.
The price was a bit steep considering the lack of a pool or breakfast included.
